EU processing and AI Act
EU processing
“EU processing” means: the provider states that requests are processed in data centres in the EU. We reproduce that statement; it is not a legal assessment, for example under the GDPR.
Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction says where a provider is based: in the EU, in the EEA, in a third country with an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for example Switzerland or the United Kingdom) or in a third country without such a decision.
Code of practice
The “Code of Practice” column shows whether a model's developer has signed the EU Code of Practice for general-purpose AI models: yes, no or unknown. As long as we have not verified it, it says “unknown”.
Use of AI
The model advisor and the evaluation of pricing pages use AI. Answers from the model advisor are labelled as AI-generated.
This page explains the columns. It is not legal advice.
